Data we collect
Name, email address, the track you are interested in, your survey answers and data about where your visit came from (promoter code and channel, for example a flyer QR code). To credit the right promoter, your browser stores the promoter code from the QR link for up to 30 days; it is not used for tracking or advertising.
What we use it for
To manage the waitlist, to notify you of the launch if you have agreed to it, to understand demand so we can plan machinery and services, to attribute your sign-up to the promoter who referred you (to pay their commission) and to apply the founding member discount.
Who processes your data
We store the waitlist and survey answers in a database hosted by Supabase, in the European Union, as data processor. The website is hosted on Vercel. Both providers only process the data on our behalf and under their data processing terms, which may involve transfers outside the EU covered by standard contractual clauses.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw at any time. The data needed to calculate and pay promoters’ commissions is also kept to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Retention
The waitlist and survey answers are kept until 2 years after the end of the Indiegogo campaign, or until you withdraw your consent if that is sooner. After that, the answers are anonymised: your name and email are deleted and only statistics are kept. If you agreed to receive news, we will write to you until you unsubscribe. Data linked to commission payments is kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Once the company is set up
Ingenio Fulgor S.L. (en constitución) is being set up. Once it exists, it will become the controller of this data and will process it for the same purposes and under the same conditions. We will update this policy, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to arielmarshall82@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
